This role offers an excellent opportunity for those fluent in Polish to assist and support our Polish-speaking customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

• Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
• Resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain customer records.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated with product knowledge to support accurate information dissemination.

• Fluent in Polish (written and spoken); basic English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
