• Provide outstanding customer support to Irish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.

• Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken);
  English language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
