Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operational tasks and projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in Norwegian and English
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve project goals
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance professional skills
  • Help maintain company standards and practices in all customer interactions
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Recent graduate or entry-level with a strong desire to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and openness to new experiences
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
