This role is tailored for individuals fluent in Swedish who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting our Swedish-speaking clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

• Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries regarding products and services and provide detailed, accurate information.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately and maintain thorough records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial.
