We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are eager to provide outstanding support and build relationships with our Dutch-speaking clients. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in our CRM system diligently.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
