This role with a respected non-profit organization focuses on emergency response. As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, assess individual needs, and communicate urgently needed information. You'll also uphold strict confidentiality while documenting caller details and dispatching information as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-tier emergency response 24/7/365
• Handle incoming calls, assess needs, and provide follow-ups
• Make outbound calls for vital information communication
• Document detailed information accurately for processing
• Dispatch information to relevant teams and maintain protocols
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in English and French
• Minimum 6 months call center or receptionist experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in CRM systems and cloud-based applications
• Open availability for rotational shifts, including weekends
