Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success professional to support a UK-based employer, helping to onboard new customers and ramp up to full-time support as the user base grows. This role is ideal for a South African professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to new customers during the onboarding process

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, FAQs, and other resources to support customer queries

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer needs are being met and that the product is aligned with customer expectations

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer support

  • Identify and escalate any customer issues or concerns to the relevant teams

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the customer support process to ensure that it is meeting the needs of the business and customers

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Confidence using tools such as CRM software and helpdesk systems

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach

  • Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous

  • Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
