As a CEC Service Consultant, you will initially work onsite at Don Valley North Hyundai for training before transitioning to a fully remote model. You will manage all incoming appointments with professionalism while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is perfect for individuals motivated by service and detail-oriented responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer appointment inquiries via phone and email
• Schedule service appointments for Assistant Service Managers
• Generate daily appointment lists and follow up on no-shows
• Respond to customer concerns from the Dealer Voice System
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills required
