In this full-time role, you will assist customers and providers with their dental insurance needs. Your responsibilities will revolve around effective communication, active listening, and problem solving. With over a year of contact center experience, bring your bilingual skills in English and French to help clients find appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service regarding dental insurance
• Engage in effective probing to understand customer needs
• Recommend solutions based on client inquiries
• Complete accurate documentation post-call
• Follow set call flows and scripting guidelines
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French, with testing required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a contact center
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in multiple PC applications
• Must pass Personal Enhanced Reliability Check
