This is a 6-month contract opportunity that could lead to permanent employment, providing full-time work and flexible hours from Monday to Friday.
Your role will involve resolving client inquiries related to insurance claims while ensuring great communication and record-keeping. Monthly visits to the North York office will foster team connections and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound communications
• Handle insurance inquiries and account management issues
• Record and maintain accurate client interaction details
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1-2 years call center experience
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Located within the Greater Toronto Area
