Customer Service Desk Technician About the RoleTo provide first-line technical support and exceptional customer service to all college staff and learners, ensuring prompt resolution of routine IT issues and effective escalation of complex problems. This role serves as the primary point of contact and communication for digital services, delivering responsive support that enables effective teaching, learning, and administrative operations across all campus locations.
Further InformationAll staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of learners, and all those working at the College are expected to uphold this commitment. As part of our safer recruitment processes, all new starters must successfully complete the required preemployment checks prior to commencing employment. This includes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
For roles that involve direct interaction with learners, registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is also a mandatory requirement.
