Position: Customer Service Representative (WFH)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Representative (WFH) based in South Africa.

This is a fully remote customer support role focused on delivering high-quality client experiences in a virtual environment. You will engage with customers through online communication channels, helping them resolve inquiries and navigate services effectively. The role is designed for individuals who enjoy meaningful interaction, problem-solving, and relationship-building in a structured support setting. Accountabilities
