Position: Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist Hybrid Role

Stoakley-Stewart Consultants seeks a skilled Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist. In this role, you will work about 50% remotely and 50% on-site, engaging with patients and healthcare providers. You will navigate reimbursement processes, monitor patient coverage, and address inquiries related to services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with patients for medication access solutions

• Educate providers about available program services

• Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately

• Monitor coverage limits to ensure uninterrupted therapy

• Conduct reimbursement investigations with various providers

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in bilingual customer service

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google, and Adobe

• Experience with reimbursement programs preferred

• Fluency in French and English essential

• Completion of post-secondary education necessary
