Your role will involve providing assistance and information to travelers while embodying our values of safety and inclusivity.

Located at the heart of Longueuil, this non-remote position requires one four-hour shift per week. As a Volunteer Ambassador, you will interact with passengers, guiding them with essential information about airport services and local attractions. Contribute to operational success during peak times while enhancing each passenger's experience through kindness and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist passengers throughout the terminal

• Share insights about terminal retail and amenities

• Help direct travelers to transportation and connections

• Support way finding and flight-related inquiries

• Aid operational teams during high passenger volumes

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old

• Experience in customer service or tourism

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in French and English required

• Computer literate for basic tasks
