Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and quality customer service
• Conduct renewal reviews to maintain customer loyalty
• Make outbound calls for renewal discussions
• Liaise with insurers and strengthen partnerships
• Administer policy changes efficiently through portals
Requirements:
• Alberta level 2 insurance license necessary
• At least 2 years of insurance industry experience
• Self-starter with competitive drive
