Position: Customer Service Representative - part time (15h a week minimum)
Location: Montreal

Belron Canada is looking for a motivated part time customer service representative to join our team of Specialists!

What you will do:

Support service centers to create opportunities and make appointments with customers

Use active listening to establish a relationship of trust with customers

Offer the products and services best suited to the customer's situation to convert these opportunities into appointments

Update customer files and enter the necessary information accurately

Provide ad hoc support for other departments according to operational needs

Do you have the skills we are looking for?

Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English) mandatory

Experience in a call center context

Ease of learning new software

Team working

Like diversity in tasks and take on challenges

Be autonomous, reliable and punctual
