Your Housing Group is seeking an Allocations & Lettings Officer to provide a high-quality letting service to customers. You will guide customers through the application process and support them when ending their tenancy, primarily working from home.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have experience in team collaboration. This permanent position offers competitive benefits, including a salary of £26,500 - £29,000 and 26 days of annual leave.
