- Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative
- Work Location: Remote – Work from home
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary offered: Fixed salary: $4,750 per month
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Remote Call Center Representative responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries regarding services, account status, and processes
- Resolve client issues and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Document all call interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Coordinate client requests with accounting, tax, and operations teams
- Assist with appointment scheduling and client follow‑ups
- Maintain up‑to‑date client records and documentation
- Monitor call metrics and work to improve response times and quality
- Support administrative tasks related to client onboarding
- Follow company policies, procedures, and call handling standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Contribute to a positive and professional company image
- Identify opportunities to improve call center processes and client experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Log in to call systems and review pending tasks
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed
- Document all interactions and update client records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests
- Follow up with clients to confirm resolution
- Participate in team check‑ins and training sessions
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or client support role is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
- Comfortable using call center software and digital communication tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, patient, and client‑focused mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space
