As a full-time Remote Call Center Agent, you will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, address client inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Your role involves coordinating with various internal teams to uphold high customer satisfaction and compliance standards while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and document inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to client inquiries on services and account status
• Resolve issues and follow up for client satisfaction
• Coordinate requests with accounting and operations teams
• Monitor and improve call metrics and response quality
Requirements:
• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
Excel in client support with DPLS managing inquiries, resolutions, and relationship building.
