Working for a reputable insurance company, you will engage with clients regarding billing inquiries and claims support. The position consists of 37.5 hours per week, operating Monday to Friday, and involves both in-person and online training. Experience an impactful role helping customers navigate their inquiries through phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle billing inquiries with professionalism
• Resolve discrepancies with brokers and underwriters
• Provide support for claims-related inquiries
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone and email
• Maintain commitment to follow-up on inquiries
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience is essential
• 1-2 years in a call center role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations
• Familiarity with Excel and web applications
