Position: Remote SaaS Account Director Role
Join Gatekeeper as a remote Account Director, taking charge of strategic client relationships and driving growth within a SaaS environment.

Your role will focus on maximizing account value and customer satisfaction.

In this fully remote position, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, engaging with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upsell and retention. Collaborating with our Customer Success and Professional Services teams, you’ll ensure that customers are effectively onboarded and making the most of our cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies

• Maintain customer satisfaction to reduce churn and promote renewals

• Partner with Customer Success for enhanced product adoption

• Create customized plans that align customer objectives with our services

• Leverage data to monitor account health and opportunities

Requirements:

• 8+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles with an emphasis on account growth

• Excellent relationship management skills at senior levels

• Strong commercial acumen to drive revenue opportunities

• Proficient analytical skills to inform strategies

• High degree of adaptability in a changing environment
