As a key player in client satisfaction, the Customer Success Manager will work closely with dealerships to maximize product adoption and enhance customer value. This remote position requires traveling up to 50% of the time and leveraging strong communication skills to build effective partnerships. You will also identify revenue opportunities and address training needs of dealership staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular client check-ins to drive engagement
• Prepare reports and presentations to educate clients
• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing CDK products
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for client retention
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
• 4+ years of client services or account management experience
• Knowledge of CDK applications and automotive industry
• Ability to travel to client sites
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Fluent in French-Canadian language
