Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
Emerging Travel Group (Italy) is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Modification Team) to join their dynamic team and enhance client satisfaction. This position enables you to work remotely and offers flexible scheduling, providing a balance between professional growth and personal life.
You will tackle client issues related to bookings, advise customers, and engage with suppliers. Ideal candidates will have upper-intermediate English and excellent soft skills such as empathy and stress resistance. A background in travel is advantageous.
