As a Client Support Representative, you will engage with existing and prospective clients throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, determining eligibility for benefits, and providing personalized policy explanations. Comprehensive training will be provided to assist you in delivering top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute all benefit enrollment materials to clients
• Manage incoming customer service calls effectively
• Return client calls and respond to inquiries promptly
• Advocate for client needs regarding coverage options
• Create tailored policies using the Needs Analysis system
Requirements:
• Self-driven and enthusiastic work ethic
• Experience in customer service roles preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently from home
• Eager to learn about new products and services
