Client Support Representative - Remote

As a Client Support Representative, you will engage with existing and prospective clients throughout the day. • Distribute all benefit enrollment materials to clients

• Manage incoming customer service calls effectively

• Return client calls and respond to inquiries promptly

• Advocate for client needs regarding coverage options

• Create tailored policies using the Needs Analysis system
