Language Requirement Notice:
Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluently bilingual in both French and English (oral and written) to support a national patient base.

We are currently hiring dedicated Bilingual Caseworkers for full-time, permanent remote opportunities. In this role, you will navigate complex reimbursement processes, engage in conversations with a can-do attitude and deep empathy, and ensure that patients come first.

🚨 CRITICAL PREREQUISITES

TO APPLY:

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a minimum of 2+ years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) in one of the following specific roles:
Patient Caseworker, Pharma Reimbursement Specialist, Patient Coordinator, or Patient Care Specialist.

Please note that for this specific role, candidates must currently reside in Quebec (QC) or New Brunswick (NB).

Your resume must clearly demonstrate exact experience managing complex cases, including navigating public/private insurance funding, benefit investigations, special authorizations, and appeals. You must also be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada and possess a 5/5 bilingual proficiency in French and English.
