Temp work until 31st August 2026 Admin / Customer Service 2 days per week (one day working from home and the other in office) 8.30/5.30pm (flex) £12.71 per hour
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre are looking for someone with admin and customer service experience to join their team for 2 days per week. Tuesday in the office and Wednesday working from home. This role will be until the end of August 2026.
Main responsabilities for the role- Assisting students with any questions or queries they may have
- Replying to students emails
- Taking student calls
- Working through admin for any student appeals
- Delivering excellent customer service
