Job Overview
A full‑time, branch‑based role in Rugby (within a reasonable distance of Lloyds and Halifax branches) providing face‑to‑face support to customers. The position is 35hours per week, including Saturdays.
The role offers opportunity to progress within the Group through a skill‑progression framework, with prospects of moving into remote, phone, or digital support.
Responsibilities- Provide face‑to‑face customer support at Lloyds and Halifax branches.
- Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and give financial guidance.
- Build relationships quickly to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Develop new skills and take on additional activities to progress pay and career.
- Transition into roles such as remote or phone support, social‑media, web‑chat, or video call advice as career progresses.
- One year of customer service experience.
- People‑oriented, honest, genuine, and caring about helping customers with their finances.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and give customers a fantastic experience.
- Strong empathy, integrity, and willingness to resolve queries thoroughly.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
- A genuine teammate, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
