Customer Service Advisor – Work From Home
Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £11 – £14 per hour (£21,450 – £27,300 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)
Job Type: Part-Time (Full-Time and Contract options also available)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a customer-focused services business that supports a consistent volume of online and phone enquiries from customers across the UK. This is a UK-wide remote position suitable for candidates who can work independently within a structured home-based environment.
Aboutthe Role
The Customer Service Advisor will handle inbound customer enquiries across email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely responses, accurate record-keeping, and a professional customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve order, account, service, or access issues with clear follow-up and minimal delay
- Maintain accurate notes within the CRM or support system after each interaction
- Escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
- Follow service standards, internal processes, and agreed response-time expectations
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to support leads or operations teams
- Contribute to a smooth and consistent customer experience across all channels
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries without compromising quality or accuracy
- Comfortable using systems, CRMs, and standard support platforms
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and confident working independently in a remote environment
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support tools
- Previous exposure to remote or home-based customer support environments
- Fully remote, UK-wide working arrangement
- Flexible engagement across part-time, full-time, and contract options
