Job Description ### About the Role We are seeking temporary Call Centre Clerks/Agents to join a medical transportation support team during a period of increased workload. In this role, you will provide high-quality service to clients seeking coverage for health-related transportation, helping them access essential medical services such as doctor appointments, hospital visits, diagnostic tests, and mental health services.
This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of vulnerable clients while working in a structured, remote call centre environment.### Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls, delivering quality customer service
* Coordinate and book medical transportation, meals, and accommodations for eligible clients, entering data accurately into an internal system
* Assist clients in completing program applications, explaining eligibility criteria and requirements
* Address inquiries regarding file status, case specifics, and program obligations
* Verify, research, and enter data using internal systems, airline websites, and Microsoft tools
* Organize electronic faxes using established naming conventions and perform general administrative duties
* Identify urgent or complex cases and escalate to specialists as needed
* Guide clients on self-service tools and electronic service channels
* Document issues and recommend resolutions to supervisors
* Track and report call trends to help improve service delivery
* Meet daily productivity targets### Requirements
* Minimum 12 months of combined experience using computer systems (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Suite, Adobe, or Foxit)
* Minimum 12 months of combined experience providing client service to a diverse clientele
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a call centre environment
* Minimum 1 year of experience using call centre software or case management systems###
Preferred Qualifications
* Additional years of call centre experience (up to 5 years, weighted in evaluation)
* Additional years using call centre software or case management systems (up to 5 years, weighted in evaluation)
* Demonstrated ability to work with sensitivity when serving diverse or vulnerable populations###
