Your role will encompass onboarding hosts and providing essential support to ensure seamless reservations.
In this full-time position, you'll guide new hosts through the onboarding process and be the friendly voice for guests reaching out for help. Your responsibilities involve handling reservations from start to finish while keeping records in Salesforce. Collaboration is key as you coordinate with internal teams via Slack to troubleshoot complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new hosts through onboarding and setup
• Respond promptly to host and guest inquiries
• Oversee reservation operations and issue resolutions
• Suggest improvements based on user feedback
• Document all interactions within Salesforce
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Excellent communication across phone and email
• Ability to stay calm in busy situations
• Organized approach to managing customer records
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly
