Position: Remote Claims Specialist Bilingual Required
Join our team as a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Claims Specialist.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home in Canada while addressing customer claims with efficiency.

In this full-time position from 9am to 5pm EST, you will engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure claims are closed in a timely manner. Your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will contribute significantly to customer trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer claims through effective communication

• Ensure timely closure of open claims

• Maintain accurate records in our claims database

• Foster trust with retailers and consumers

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• 1+ years in customer service or call center

• Proficient in Outlook and Excel

• Resourceful with strong time management skills

• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
