As part of BMO's Customer Shared Services team, you'll leverage your fluency in French and English to assist clients effectively in navigating their payment strategies.
Your role will involve handling high-risk accounts, providing professional insights, and ensuring service quality through every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze collection opportunities for delinquent accounts
• Advise customers on payment strategies and solutions
• Process transactions and handle customer communications
• Maintain current knowledge of collections practices
• Escalate complex customer situations as necessary
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in collections
• Bilingual in French and English
• Understanding of collections-related legal requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to develop strong customer relationships
