Duties
Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
Handles incoming customer service calls.
Dispatches incoming customer phone calls, accepts calls, and returns calls.
Responds to client request for coverages while representing their best interests.
Creates and explains individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
Works and learns from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
