FH Collective Academy, Türkiye'deki uluslararası bir dijital yayın projesinde görev alacak C1 seviyesinde Almanca bilen Müşteri Temsilcileri arıyor. Pozisyon tamamen home-office olup, kullanıcı destek süreçlerinde telefon, chat ve sosyal medya kanallarında etkin iletişim sağlanacaktır.
Adayların güçlü iletişim ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip olmaları bekleniyor. Şirket, gerekli ekipmanları da sağlamaktadır. Net maaş 30.000 TL ile birlikte yemek kartı ve özel sağlık sigortası gibi yan haklar sunulmaktadır.
