Position: Customer Service Representative (WFH)

As demand continues to grow, we’re adding to our team and looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will connect directly with families who are already eligible for benefits and guide them through their options in a clear, supportive way. This is a client-focused, remote role where communication and consistency are key.

Walk clients through their benefit options via Zoom

Complete and manage all required documentation accurately

Follow up with clients to maintain strong, ongoing relationships

Work with your team to improve processes and overall client experience

What You Bring

Authorized to work in Canada

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is a plus)

Background in customer service, admin, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required
