Deliver exceptional service in a remote setting as an Inbound Customer Service Agent with MCI. This position requires assisting callers and addressing their needs effectively.
MCI is growing rapidly and seeks passionate individuals for its inbound customer service team. As an agent, you’ll manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer product knowledge. Candidates must have strong listening skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer inbound customer calls
• Address inquiries and resolve service-related issues
• Provide detailed product and policy information
• Document customer interactions in our system
• Elevate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Must have a reliable internet connection
