What You’l
l DoYou will support customers and internal teams by responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate information, assisting with order and document processing, and helping keep day-to-day office operations organized. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer communication with administrative supp

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both French and Eng
lish.
Provide professional, patient, and helpful support to customers and internal departm
ents.
Enter, update, and maintain customer information accurately in internal sys
tems.
Assist with order entry, processing, documentation, and general office sup
port.
Follow up on customer requests, open files, and pending i
tems.
Work closely with team members to support timely and accurate ser
vice.
Handle customer questions, issues, or concerns in a calm and professional ma
nner.
Review information, documents, and customer records with strong attention to de
tail.
Support administrative tasks as ne

Qualific
ations
Fluent French and English communication skills, written and v
erbal.
Previous experience in customer service, office support, administration, order entry, or proce
ssing.
Strong attention to detail and acc
uracy.
Good computer skills and the ability to learn new sy
stems.
Professional written and verbal communication s
kills.
Ability to work well in a team enviro
nment.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple
tasks.
Authorized to work in C
anada.
Excel skills are an
asset.
SAP, ERP, B2B customer service, order management, or order entry experience is an
asset.
Experience in a professional office, finance, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, retail head office, or corporate customer service environment is an
asset.
