This position on the Calls Team requires you to manage incoming calls, offer solutions for customer inquiries, and document interactions in our CRM system. Your experience in customer service and sales will empower you to pinpoint customer needs and recommend valuable solutions. By collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure timely issue resolutions while supporting other communication channels as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders and accounts
• Pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities during interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective resolution
Requirements:
• Proficient spoken and written English communication
• Previous experience in customer service or sales (minimum 4 years)
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions
• Strong multitasking capability in a demanding environment
• Must have reliable home office equipment
