Master chat platforms like Zendesk and Freshdesk, and document customer interactions accurately to ensure service consistency. You'll collaborate with teams to enhance support and continuously improve your knowledge of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical and billing issues
• Document all interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams
• Contribute to training and internal FAQs
