Position: Benefits Operations Specialist Remote Role

Join Remote as a Benefits Operations Specialist, contributing to the EOR Operations team. This remote position focuses on delivering excellent service in clients' benefit programs.

Reporting to the Benefits Operations Manager, you will support multiple aspects of benefits, including enrolment, invoicing, and vendor management.

Your role involves resolving client inquiries and processing benefits-related tickets effectively. Engage with the Benefits team to define and execute Standard Operating Procedures and maintain operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist employees and clients with benefits inquiries and solutions

• Process escalations and tickets efficiently in Zendesk

• Perform detailed data tasks, including entry and download

• Define and execute operational procedures for benefits programs

• Collaborate with internal teams for optimal service delivery

Requirements:

• Background in HR Operations focusing on Employee Benefits

• Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Proficient in English communication

• Remote experience is an added advantage
