** Role :
Customer Care & Social Coordinator** (to assist the Customer Services Specialist and Marketing Comms team)   
** Reports to :
** Customer Services Lead and dotted line to Marketing
** Location :
** South Africa, full-time (junior SA based position)
Remote (home based) position, seeking applicants to be based in the Helderberg, Stellenbosch or Paarl areas where the rest of the remote  team operates from. Please note the owners of the of company are based in Australia)  Applicants require a laptop and cell phone (a laptop will be provided by the employer after the 6 month probation period)
** Industry :
** Online Fashion Retail / Owners based in Australia
** Salary :
** Between R15,000 to R18,000 per month depending on relevant  experience       
** Essential:
*** Matric with a relevant post matric qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication across social and email
* Calm and organised under high volume
* Strong customer services experience (highly customer-centric)
** Requirements:
*** E-commerce background and experience
* Retail Clothing/Fashion background preferably
* Strong written and verbal communication skills across social media and email
* Clothing design / fashion industry experience (strong advantage)
** Advantage
* ** Graphic design
* Fashion background
* Canva, basic asset creation
* Google or Meta marketing exposure (ads, analytics, email tools)     Understand how to schedule and publish social content to the marketing calendar     Comfortable using AI tools to work faster
** Dutiess;*
* * Owns the social inbox day to day (DMs, comments, reviews) in the brand voice
* Supports customer email and chat enquiries alongside customer services specialist
* Marketing-ops support: campaign admin, email sends, UGC and influencer admin
* Involved with peak period campaigns (winter and Black Friday)
* Back up customer services specialist when on leave
