Home-Based Customer Care Agent

As a Home-Based Customer Care Agent, you will provide outstanding service and support to our clients while working remotely.

• Distribute benefit enrollment and assess customer eligibility

• Handle and manage incoming customer service calls

• Accept and return client calls with service inquiries

• Develop individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system

• Keep informed on new products through management guidance

Requirements:
