Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute benefit enrollment and assess customer eligibility
• Handle and manage incoming customer service calls
• Accept and return client calls with service inquiries
• Develop individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
• Keep informed on new products through management guidance
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills for client engagement
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Open to learning about new services and policies
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dedication to client-focused solutions
