🎯 What's your mission?Provide best-in-class and timely customer and sales operational service to the Eurofragance Turkey customer portfolio, maintaining a solution-oriented approach and working closely with the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day- Deliver the highest quality service to customers in Turkey by handling customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Create customer sample requests using the project management software and SAP.
- Follow up on client project deadlines in close coordination with the commercial teams to support the smooth running of the sales cycle.
- Resolve customer queries and proactively anticipate potential improvements through clear and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of fragrance samples for client visits in collaboration with Development and Technical teams.
- Provide customers with all required regulatory documentation, liaising directly with the Regulatory Department.
- Register and track customer non-conformities.
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
- Follow up on import order processes and daily local shipments, ensuring the timely delivery of both international and local orders (future responsibility).
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, etc.
- Languages:
high level of English, native or high proficiency in Turkish. - 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within global companies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
