• Meet or exceed performance expectations in engagements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in client services or B2B

• Familiarity with automotive operations and CDK products

• Strong ability to handle high-stress situations

• Effective communicator across all dealership levels

• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
