Join Avee Health as a Customer Support Specialist, working remotely across Canada to assist patients with their healthcare needs. Drive improvements in patient experience through dedicated service and collaboration with internal teams.
In this full-time role, you will support patients via phone, email, and chat while addressing appointment and service inquiries. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues and working closely with various teams to ensure patient concerns are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support through multiple communication channels
• Help patients with appointment bookings and inquiries
• Troubleshoot operational issues as they arise
• Collaborate with medical and technical teams for solutions
• Keep accurate documentation and follow internal workflows
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer support or similar roles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Familiarity with web-based tools and CRM systems
• Stable internet connection and legally eligible to work in Canada
