Position: Export Advisor Hybrid Role Ahuntsic-Cartierville)

Embark on a dynamic career as an Export Advisor in Ottawa, ON, with a hybrid work model. Support Canadian businesses in their export journeys with strategic advisory services.

As part of the Customer Acquisition team, you’ll engage with prospective clients and triage inquiries to align with CCCs business growth objectives. With a robust focus on communication and relationship building, this role involves onboarding new customers and coordinating with various teams to enhance outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and log all customer inquiries effectively.
Respond and redirect inquiries as necessary.
Support onboarding with Customer Discovery Calls.
Build expertise in U.S. DoD and International Prime Contractor programs.
Aid in data migration from Smartsheet to Dynamics CRM.

Requirements

University degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
Minimum three years of relevant experience.
Strong writing, proof‑reading, and editing skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts.
Bilingual proficiency in French is imperative.
