In this role within Dilawri's Customer Interaction Centre, you will work Tuesday through Saturday, directly impacting dealership performance. By facilitating service appointments and addressing customer concerns, you will play a crucial role in optimizing service delivery and retention. You will meet performance metrics that contribute to the brand's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate diverse customer communications through various platforms
• Book appointments to maximize service department resources
• Address customer satisfaction leads proactively
• Consistently meet KPIs set by the CIC Manager
• Stay informed about service and parts offerings
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business or similar field
• Background in customer service or call centre work
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• English fluency;
Cantonese or Mandarin is an asset
