Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and determine eligibility for medical claims

• Ensure proactive and timely updates for clients
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• At least 2 years’ experience in claim management
• Knowledgeable in disability management protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
