Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 5–8 years in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS
• History of successful customer portfolio management
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with diverse audiences
