Your role will focus on assisting customers with billing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
This full-time position involves 37.5 hours per week with scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a mix of in-office and remote work while you support clients through professional phone and email interactions. The position also includes two weeks of on-site training to enhance your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for billing inquiries
• Collaborate with brokers to resolve discrepancies
• Address insurance and claims inquiries effectively
• Communicate empathetically with customers
• Ensure seamless interactions with timely follow-up
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service required
• 1-2 years in a contact center is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
